WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We offer services in all kinds of custom joinery, including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, furniture cabinets and more. You can also contact us for home renovation services, bathroom and laundry renovations. This includes management of your entire project, from briefing and design phase where we specify your hard finishes, fixtures and fittings, through to implementation and project management of your entire project.

WHERE ARE YOUR SHOWROOMS LOCATED?

Our showrooms are located at 67 Watt Road, Mornington. We also have a display at the Frankston Home Innovation Centre.

WHICH HOURS OF THE DAY ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm. Appointments are preferred for a showroom visit, however feel free to come in any time to view our products on display.

ARE YOUR SERVICES EXTENDED TO ALL AREAS OF MELBOURNE?

Most of our work is at the Mornington Peninsula, however we also service areas along the Bayside, South East and some Eastern suburbs.

CAN I GET CUSTOMER REFERENCES?

We are proud to call ourselves a Registered Building Practitioner and a member of the two primary associations in our industry – The Cabinet Makers and Designers Association (CMDA) and the Master Builders Association (MBA). Our license number is: DB-L61887.

WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OFF THE SHELF FLAT PACK KITCHENS AND JOINERY THAT SOME OF THE BIGGER BRANDS ARE OFFERING?

Unlike some of these brands, we provide a bespoke service which is customized to your need and your space. We have dedicated staff who will project manage your job from start to finish, providing you easy to reach one on one service. Our joinery is manufactured in Australia, here in the Mornington Peninsula, and we use the sturdiest and highest quality hardware and finishes. This means we can guarantee our products and we are only a phone call away in meeting your needs on your project.We also provide exceptional after care to all of our clients.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO I GET ON ALL OF YOUR SERVICES?

You will enjoy a decade long warranty on all of our cabinets, accessories and fittings, unless the warranty is longer through the manufacturer. We use Blum hinges and drawer hardware, which has a lifetime guarantee, a 10 year warranty on Caesarstone benchtops and a 25 year warranty on Silestone benchtops. CAN I GET FREE CONSULTATIONS AND/OR QUOTES?

We provide complimentary consultations for any project, including an initial specification of your projects finishes, or a conceptual render of your joinery.We do not release renders unless you go ahead with your project.This process normally takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the size of the project.Please read the ‘Our Process’ section of our website for a more detailed understanding of the steps involved from quoting to completion.

WILL THERE EVER BE A PRICE CHANGE AFTER THE AGREEMENT?

The price on your quotation that you agree to and sign is final, unless of course the scope of works changes after acceptance of your job. This could be considered a variation to your scope, as sometimes you may add upgrades, or change your mind on certain aspects of your project, after agreeing to your original scope. We discuss these variations together to ensure you are across the price and details and sign off on them.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU WORK WITH?

At TuxLux we only use the most reputable and trusted brands in the industry. We have access to some of the most well known brands including Caesarstone, Silestone, Blum, Polytec and Laminex for joinery.

DO YOU USE YOUR OWN TRADES?

Our office, manufacturing and installation team for joinery are all of our own trades. We sub contract out our other trades involved in the job, such as plumbing, electrical, plastering and tiling, however we have a trusted team which we have worked with for years on multiple projects, so it is usually a seamless process in dealing with them to coordinate your project.
